The Carriage House Suite
The Carriage House Suite, a luxurious 850-square-foot space, exudes rustic charm and is nestled in the Carriage House Addition on the west side of our property. It features a generous living area adorned with a walnut countertop wet bar, refrigerator, a grand gas fireplace, and a 60” flat panel HD TV complemented by surround sound, providing a lavish entertainment experience.
Ascend to the cozy loft bedroom furnished with a full-sized bed, and enjoy the convenience of an elegant, exclusive dining room and a spacious, private bathroom. Guests in the Carriage House Suite benefit from a separate entrance that leads to a poolside patio offering exclusive views, along with a private bath entrance directly from the pool area for utmost convenience. Comfort is paramount, with a heating and air conditioning system controlled entirely by the suite occupants. Added to the exclusivity is the benefit of reserved parking adjacent to the Carriage House Addition, ensuring easy access and added privacy.

Jefferson Island Salt Suite
Situated at the apex of the rustic log staircase on the east side of our property, the Jefferson Island Salt Suite offers a captivating glimpse into history with its unique outer wall—an original hand-painted sign reclaimed from a barn, proudly proclaiming “Jefferson Island Salt 53 Miles.”
Spanning 500 square feet, this suite is a testament to rustic charm, adorned with barn board and timber. It comprises two cozy bedrooms, each furnished with full-sized beds, and a shared, spacious full bath nestled between them for convenience and privacy.
Guest comfort is prioritized with zoned air conditioning specifically for this section of the upstairs, allowing occupants to tailor the climate to their liking. The suite's private bathroom is both roomy and inviting, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay.

The Saltbox Suite
Nestled within the East side of our property, the Salt Box Suite in The Salt Box Addition spans an impressive 950 square feet, oozing rustic elegance. It features a spacious bedroom with a cozy queen-sized bed, complemented by a large master bathroom equipped with a classic clawfoot bathtub. The suite's charm is further enhanced by its pine flooring and the warm ambiance created by the tongue-and-groove wood ceiling, all contributing to its cabin-like allure.
Guests can enjoy the expansive front porch, which encompasses a wrap-around deck, furnished with a separate entrance and a private patio area for exclusive relaxation. The suite's loft hosts a distinctive living space, complete with a flat-panel TV and an office desk, perfectly positioned under four large skylights to bathe the area in natural light.
Personal comfort is a priority, with the suite's heat and air conditioning systems fully controllable by its occupants, ensuring an ideal climate year-round. The West Side Suite, situated on the west side of our home's second floor, covers a comfortable 500 square feet. It contains two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, making it a perfect accommodation choice for families.
Designed with parental comfort in mind, one of the bedrooms showcases a contemporary design, featuring a comfortable queen-sized bed. In contrast, the second bedroom exudes rustic charm with sturdy bunk beds, perfect for children, and even comes with an exciting and cool loft space designed for kids' enjoyment.
The shared bathroom is conveniently located between the two bedrooms, ensuring easy access. Supreme comfort is guaranteed with the suite's zoned air conditioning and heating system, which allows for personalized climate control in both bedrooms and the bathroom.
